Sunday, June 22 we offer you a trekking  to intoxicate ourselves together with its unmistakable fragrance and discover the many properties of this extraordinary plant.

The hike is on a loop trail through the Manie trails, known to be among the most scenic in our area. During the walk, we will be accompanied by breathtaking landscapes that embrace with our gaze the two islands of Western Liguria: Bergeggi and Gallinara. In this natural environment, you will be enchanted by the beauty of the sea and the panorama that merges with the mountains of Liguria, creating an ideal picture for an afternoon in the open air.

Our meeting point will be at 5:15 pm at Camping Terre Rosse, where we will prepare to discover this enchanting corner of Liguria. The route, which is about 7 km long and has an elevation gain of about 270 meters, is suitable for anyone who walks regularly and has some training. Classification: E 

The real star of our excursion will, without a doubt, be lavender. This flower is not only a symbol of beauty, but is also famous for its relaxing and antiseptic properties. Lavender is known for its power to soothe stress and promote sleep. Its essential oils are used in aromatherapy and can help create an atmosphere of calm and serenity. During the trek, we will discover everything that makes this plant so special, from its elegant purple color to its health benefits.

Remember to bring with you at least 1 liter of water to hydrate along the way and a snack to enjoy with company as we stop to admire the view and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Equipment needed: hiking shoes and, if you use them regularly, poles to help you on your way.

Our walk will not only be movement, but also a sensory experience thanks to the environments we will pass through and this small lavender field, a true jewel of the Gulf of the Island.

Scheduled return is 8:30 pm.
