We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, July 27, for an evocative trek to Paravenna, a charming hamlet in the municipality of Garlenda, with a tasty AgriAperitivo at Agriturismo U Spigu- Azienda Agricola Raimondo Gisella- Le Delizie di Valentina.

An experience that combines nature, tradition and conviviality, discovering the hilly landscapes of the Lerrone Valley and the genuine flavors of the Ligurian hinterland.

Length: about 9 km
Positive elevation gain: +250 m
Difficulty: medium, suitable for trained walkers
Approximate duration: about 4 hours including stops
The route winds along ancient mule tracks and hilly paths surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, with splendid panoramic views of the valley and the Ligurian Sea in the distance. We will reach Paravenna, where a well-deserved AgriAperitivo will await us.

AgriAperitivo at U Spigu Farmhouse
The final aperitif will be hosted by the cozy Agriturismo U Spigu, where we will be able to taste typical zero-mile products, with a good glass of Ligurian wine. A moment of relaxation and sociability in the coolness of the countryside, to end our day in the open air in the best way possible.
