Did you know that next to Turin, Milan or Trieste, the undisputed capitals of Italian Art Nouveau, Savona boasts a vast number of Art Nouveau buildings? Find out on our guided tour where you will see with other eyes the buildings that line Via Paleocapa, Corso Mazzini, Corso Italia and beyond. Along these streets will stand some of the most interesting examples of Art Nouveau in the city, the work of Eng.. Alessandro Martinengo. Prominent among them are. the Peacock Palace (1911-12) on Paleocapa Street and the Delle Piane Palace (1910-11) on the gardens of Corso Mazzini, with the collaboration of Adolfo Ravinetti then active in Martinengo's studio.
