FINALESE: trekking between Gorra and Verezzi

Sea view trekking between Gorra and Verezzi
The route runs between Gorra and Verezzi, crossing an area rich in historical, religious and naturalistic evidence typical of the Ligurian hinterland.
It will be possible to discover the geological evolution of the Finale area, characterized by the formation of the Pietra di Finale, a fossil-rich Miocene limestone (16-10 million years ago) born in an ancient marine gulf. The itinerary alternates paths, mule tracks and scenic stretches, offering striking views and numerous points of interest, including Bastia Tower, Crosa Weapon Cave, Phoenician Windmill, St. Martin's Church and the Church Quarry.
Short stops are planned along the way for both in-depth cultural-historical and naturalistic insights and for listening to anecdotes and legends.
