On April 26 in Bergeggi will take place the Trekking of Memory “Paths of Memory and Freedom” , an experience that combines nature, history and theater.

We will walk along paths that guard the traces of World War II and the Resistance in our territory, among memorial stones and stories full of meaning. Theatrical interventions, essential but intense, will accompany the route, making the walk even more engaging and capable of reviving the memory of the places. Historical trek carried out in collaboration with ANPI, COMUNE DI BERGEGGI and HSA Teatro as part of the liberation anniversary celebration events to be held throughout the Gulf Island.

Difficulty: E hiking.
Level: Medium. Safe pace required.

Suitable for anyone who is used to walking trails with a fair amount of elevation gain and is in normal mental and physical condition

Mixed ground: asphalt, trail, dirt, gravel.

Hiking shoes mandatory, poles recommended.

Layered technical clothing, bandana, windproof, sunscreen.

In your backpack: small first aid kit, usual medicines, sunscreen, water at least 1 liter, snacks and possible packed lunch.

The Guide may decide not to allow those who do not have the proper shoes or those who are deemed unfit to participate in the trek.
